Shipments and returns

For your convenience, please read the folowing shipping terms.

• Shipment of products, where is made payment of consideration for the transaction, including any shipping expenses, in the case of COD which applies only in Greece the shipping is immediate.
• Charged with the shipping costs are visible in the process of your order and is proportional to weight and area that you are. The maximum weight of each shipment cannot exceed the 20 Kg. In case there is a customs clearance duty from custom office, incur yours any customs clearance costs.
• Delivery time of the shipping, it can last 1 to 15 working days depending on your location. We are not responsible for any delay occur during customs clearance, (in case there is a customs clearance duty) or fault of the carrier. In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, strikes etc. the shipping will be after consultation.
• The shipping time for Greece is 1-4 working days, to Europe 2-5 working days for the rest of the world 2-15 working days.
• For faster and cheaper serve you, we work with various carriers, depending on the area you are in, for Greece, Europe, Asia, North and South America and Africa working with ELTA courier, the United Kingdom and France with ACS, Germany and Albania with Geniki Tachidromiki and finally the Econt Express serves Bulgaria and Romania.
• There is also the possibility of sending in most countries and the normal post ELTA, very inexpensive in cost but with longer delivery time.
• The Cash On Delivery is available only in Greece, the ceiling of COD is 300 € and for security reasons, we will contact you by telephone, for confirmation of your order.
• Return to made within 3 working days from the day of receipt, at your own shipping cost and any costs incurred by cinestore.gr, for the preparation and shipping of the product.
• Returns are accepted provided that the product is in its original condition without unpacking, destroying or tampering the packaging, together with legal documents, a receipt of retail sale or invoice. Your refund will be completed within 30 days of the date we receive the products.
